Think the Students the Meaning of the Club Activities

Abstract
Objective : The aim of this study is to analyze in depth how university undergraduates perceive club activities through the use of quality methods.

Methods : Study participants were comprised of undergraduates attending A college in total of three. In-depth interviews were mainly conducted as a means of data collection and it commenced on May 15th, 2011, through to June 10th, 2011. Analyses were performed on the basis of Giorgi`s data analysis procedure, which involved subdividing results into separate meanings, converting those meanings into academic terms for subsequent description and any descriptions that exhibited similarity have been categorized into one component.

Researchs : As a result, five components and twelve sub-components were obtained. Experiential components obtained were ``formation of human relationship through club activity``, ``increase in the level of life satisfaction``, ``negative influence``, ``positive influence on the quality of life`` and ``influence of club activity on academic grades, which in turn produces self-realization``.

Conclusion : Based on the outcome of this study, the introduction of leisure education programs is required for university undergraduates to provide them with an opportunity to discuss their perception of undertaking a club activity and to correct their self-concept.
